Details:
This project was a fast-track design build of a manufacturing facility on a 30 +/- acre site. The building structure is a conventional steel framed building with a single ply TPO roof system. The building was built in sections for chemical storage, liquid production, warehousing, offices, shipping, and maintenance. Exterior walls on the project were 6” thick insulated pre-cast concrete wall panels and 2” thick insulated metal sandwich panels. Phase I - 150,000 SF Total project - 600,000 SF
