The Building Improvement Division focuses on tenant upfits, renovations and additions in the commercial, industrial, medical and retail markets. Since joining John S. Clark Company, Billy has completed the World Wide Technology, Morgan Ridge Apartments, Turbocare and Scott Trade projects. Billy is currently overseeing the Loomcraft and Mount Tabor Vanilla Box projects.
