Building Improvement Division Holds Open House
John S. Clark Company, LLC is pleased to announce the
relocation of their Building Improvement Division (BID). The division is located at 11 Brookstown Avenue in downtown Winston Salem, North Carolina. John S. Clark Company, LLC celebrated by hosting an Open House earlier this month.
The division’s Vice President, Bill Sinclair offered welcoming remarks and Mayor Allen Joines spoke of the impact the business will have on downtown Winston-Salem. Mayor Joines, Bill Sinclair and John S. Clark Company’s President, Jim Walker cut the ribbon to officially open the new building.
The Building Improvement Division focuses on tenant upfits, renovations and additions in the commercial, industrial, retail, medical and institutional markets across the Triad. Every project, regardless of size gets the same high level of attention and consideration expected from John S. Clark Company, LLC.
The growth of this type of work at John S. Clark Company has been amazing; from $0 to over $7M in less than 2 years, including dozens of projects such as Dioli’s Italian Market, Burton Signs and additions to Dell Manufacturing. The division is especially proud of the repeat client work such as Breugger’s Bagels, BB&T and Truliant. The new division is fully staffed with project
managers, superintendents and administrative support personnel.
Current projects underway for the Building Improvement Division are Salem United Methodist Church in Mount Airy, NC, Mount Tabor Vanilla Box in Winston-Salem, NC 1231 Lincoln Street in Columbia, SC and Wound Care Center in Mount Airy, NC
