Dean Seaford, Project Designer, has received the LEED Accredited Professional designation.
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance.
LEED for New Construction and Major Renovations was designed to guide and distinguish high performance commercial and institutional projects. The LEED New Construction exam verifies that an individual possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in the design process, to support and encourage the design integration required by LEED and to streamline the application and certification process.
