John S. Clark Company, LLC is pleased to announce several new positions in their Wilmington, North Carolina office.    

Craig Spivey has joined the JSC team as Project Manager.  Mr. Spivey has been in the North Carolina construction market since 1993.  He is a graduate of East Carolina University’s Industrial Technology and Construction Management program.  Mr. Spivey has experience in project management, estimating, and field management.

Peter Julo, P.E. has joined the company as Project Manager.  Mr. Julo is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is currently pursuing the license in North Carolina and South Carolina.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has experience in several markets including multi-family, commercial, retail, industrial, renovations and environmental remediation.

David Converse, Assistant Project Manager, brings experience in retail, medical and institutional markets and previously worked with John S. Clark as a foreman and carpentry apprentice.  Mr. Converse is a graduate of East Carolina University where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and helped to create a scholarship program for incoming freshmen students.

Seth Speight has also recently joined John S. Clark as Assistant Project Manager.  He has ten years of construction related field experience and is a recent graduate from East Carolina University where he majored in Construction Management with a grade point average of 3.7 and participated in several organizations including East Carolina Construction Association and the Construction Management Honor Society Sigma Lambda Chi.

Executive Vice President for John S. Clark’s Wilmington office, Frank Smith states, “We are excited to have these individuals join our John S. Clark Company, Wilmington Division team.  Their knowledge and experience will be an asset as we continue to expand our business in the Wilmington market.”
