Details:
The Oleander Office shell is 13,516 SF with masonry brick exterior walls and an ALCOE metal panel façade. Half of the roof is a single ply membrane, while the other half is a barrel standing seam roof.
The interior of the building’s second floor is divided into three office spaces. The structure is exposed in two of these spaces.
The architect that designed the project enjoyed the finished product so much that he moved his office into the building and contracted John S. Clark Company to do the upfit.
