1,200,000 SF regional distribution center with 20,322 SF of four external buildings which included a main distribution center, truck maintenance garage, fire pump house and guard house. The buildings consisted of metal building frames and bar joist; standing seam metal roofing system; metal exterior wall panels; 6” unreinforced floor slab with tolerance of Ff=30 and FI=25. This project was an unclassified site and took 10 months to reach substantial completion from sitework through our fast track program.
