Clark Company, LLC is a 50+ year old regional construction firm founded in Mount Airy, NC and is still headquartered there.  The company operates additional offices in Winston-Salem and Wilmington, NC and has expertise with many methods of service delivery including Construction Management at Risk, Design/Build and General Construction.  Through its staff of experienced builders the firm maintains core competencies in a broad range of project types such as Higher Education, Multi-Family, Industrial, Retail, Health Sciences, Office and Hospitality.

Clark is very sound financially with virtually unlimited bonding capacity and no debt.  Historically, the firm completes in excess of $300M in projects annually including single projects up to $50M.  Clark is licensed in 22 states, primarily in the southeastern U.S., and considers NC, SC, TN and VA as its primary market area.

The company employs over 175 people including 30 Project Managers and 70 Superintendents.   All accounting, human resource and IT functions are centrally based at the headquarters in Mount Airy while project management functions are performed in all the offices as well as on site.  Each office is managed by an Executive VP with bottom line responsibility and the latitude to dedicate any resources necessary to make a project successful.

Clark also employs a full time Corporate Safety Director and Quality Control Managers to assist the project teams in achieving their client’s goals.
