Market Place is a two story 30,000 SF building constructed for Market Place Group, LLC.  The building is a shell to allow for multiple tenant upfits.  This project is a design/build project for John S. Clark Company, LLC.  John S. Clark Company teamed with Cline Design and Norris Kuske Tunstall to provide architectural and civil engineering services for this project to ensure owner needs and expectations were met.
