AFG Wipes, Inc. is the first United States manufacturing facility of the Albaad Israel Group, the world’s leader in non-woven wet wipes. The project consists of construction fast-track design and of a manufacturing facility on a 30 +/- acre site for converting non-woven fabric rolls into wet wipes for various uses. The building structure is a conventional steel framed building with a single ply TPO roof system. The building will be broken down into four (4) major sections: Section 1 for chemical storage, liquid production, converting and packaging; Section 2 for the finished goods warehouse; Section 3 will be for offices, breakroom, plant toilets and shipping/receiving and Section 4 will be for maintenance and utility rooms. Exterior walls on the project will be a combination of 6” thick insulated pre-cast concrete wall panels and 2” thick insulated metal sandwich panels. Phase I is approximately 150,000 SF. Total project build-out will be 600,000 SF
