| Description: | 82,000 SF offices, showroom, training and service facility for diesel engine sales, service and parts distribution. The buildings consisted of load bearing masonry, joist/joist girder roof structural framing system; ballasted EPDM roof system; load bearing masonry, brick veneer exterior wall system; and 6” wire-reinforcement. A unique aspect of the project was the screening of truck maintenance areas and installation of overhead cranes, engine and chassis dyno. |
